“MSU Law is a place for growth and leadership.”

Curtis Doster works as in-house counsel for FIAT Chrysler Automobiles under their labor and employment division. Curtis attends to Union grievances, arbitrations, and negotiations. He said that the most rewarding aspect of his job is the promotion of equality for the Chrysler workers. “Everyone deserves to be heard and treated at an equal standard. I can truly say that is what we as a company strive to accomplish.”

Curtis attributes his success to Professor Tarr and the Conflict Resolution Clinic, which contributed greatly to his communication and advocacy skills. “Additionally, the leadership experience I gained while serving as Vice President of the Labor and Employment Association and an executive member of the Moot Court board was essential in my personal growth. Both organizations improved my team work skills.”

Curtis notes that MSU Law was the right choice for him because he appreciated the curriculum, the campus community, and the sports team. “MSU Law name recognition is growing nationwide, and the school remains on the cutting edge with its curriculum,” he said. “It’s one team and one love for me here. Go Green.”
